Whatever I type in the config prompt box , the characters in the first image starts speaking that prompt text instead of acting as per given prompt, is this prompt issue?

That is completely expected at the moment. There are not many NSFW LORAs to work with yet, so I need to rely more heavily on a few that are biased towards those motions you see.
LOL sometimes it is funny I had a statue of Buddha in the background of a restaurant picture and it was making those movements too. But at least the main subject was behaving correctly.
