My zeroGPU quota is not refreshed as declared “4min per day“.
I am a free plan user.
I think maybe it is caused by my billing? I didn’t charge any money but I tried several online inference. I think I am in debt so my quota is not refreshed? 
Can anyone help me figure out what is going on?
Based on that screenshot, your Zero GPU quota has 4 minutes remaining. That means it hasn’t decreased. However, Inference appears to have used up its monthly consumption.
Could you be confusing the Zero GPU quota with the Inference limit?
Thanks for your kindly reply. Now I understand the meaning of this screenshot. Though my ZeroGPU has 4 minutes quota left, I cannot run any inference in the space from time to time.
