Money was cut out, but the Pro subscription is not activated

so i bought the pro to get more ZeroGPU daily limits, but Hugging Face just cut out money from my Visa to give me nothing.

Is there any solution for this? I really need the pro to increase my limits. I have a project for my school the next week that I need to use Hugging Face models for.
